Drake London will be with the Atlanta Falcons through at least the 2026 season. As expected, the team picked up the receiver's $16.8 million contract option on Wednesday, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter.

Drake London was the Falcons' first-round pick in 2022 out of USC. First-round picks are each subject to a fifth year of team control at a predetermined number. The deadline to do so is May 1st, but Atlanta made it official today.

London was drafted No. 8 overall by the Falcons in 2022 and has been their top receiver since then. The fifth-year option will go into effect in 2026. London is due around $6.8 million against the team's salary cap in 2025, per Roster Management System, and the option year will be worth in the neighborhood of $16.8 million.
