The Pittsburgh Steelers made several additions during the offseason. Most notably, they have a new star quarterback-wide receiver duo. Pittsburgh traded for wide receiver DK Metcalf from the Seattle Seahawks back in March. After months of speculation, quarterback Aaron Rodgers joined the team ahead of mandatory minicamp in late June.
Had the Steelers dealt Minkah Fitzpatrick for just Ramsey, they may have won that trade. Ramsey has been that instinctive, that athletic and that versatile while playing in the nickel, free safety and outside corner.

Metcalf signed a five-year, $150 million deal with the Pittsburgh Steelers this spring after acquiring him in a trade with the Seattle Seahawks, making him one of the NFL's highest-paid receivers. McLaurin comes off a career-best 13 touchdowns last fall as Washington's leading playmaker on offense.
The Steelers will play almost every healthy player this week vs the Panthers but four starts have been ruled out.
Davis adds a big veteran presence to the young wide receiver room and should immediately slot in as WR2 or WR3 alongside Metcalf and Austin. Davis experienced a down season due to recovering from a torn meniscus; he suffered in the 2024 season. He was then released by the Jaguars due to the team being worried about his recovery.
