ATLANTA — MARTA has announced the phased resumption of bus service on Thursday, Jan. 23, after disruptions caused by recent winter weather. As of this morning, service has resumed on the following routes: Passengers are encouraged to check real-time service updates on MARTA’s website to confirm route schedules.

The transit agency said rail service was operating on its weekday schedule and mobility services were being scaled back to prioritize “pre-booked life-sustaining medical trips.”

MARTA announced it will resume bus, streetcar and mobility services on a phased schedule on Thursday after suspending service because of Tuesday’s winter weather. Bus service will return in these phases: Phase one will resume service at 1 p.
