Judges indicated Friday they may overturn an injunction that allows 23XI Racing to race as chartered teams in NASCAR this season while the two teams sue the stock car series over alleged antitrust violations.

As NASCAR attempts to appeal the injunction awarded to 23XI Racing and Front Row Motorsports, the sanctioning body and race teams squared off again in the U.S. Court of Appeals in Richmond, VA on Friday,

Also, the Court directs the Parties to address in their supplemental filing whether, in light of NASCAR’s allegations and requested relief involving the 2025 Charters, the other chartered race teams not currently involved in this action are required parties.
