Really cool downtown with lots of shopping and restaurants. The sculptures are very nice and more than I have seen in any downtown. You can even vote for your favorite sculpture.Full review by Holly L

Monday-Friday, 9-5 is metered parking in much of downtown, $1/hour. After 5, and weekends free. There are at least two parking ramps downtown, and a third opening by 2020. Normally plenty of spaces in the ramps. Many downtown businesses will validate parking ramp passes when asked after shopping in their stores.
Park Falls and the Downtown are about 10 minute walk from one another. The hotels on the river was a great location and your minutes away from both spots.
