A simple museum, we were advised to watch the video first and then tour( good advice) Glad we went and the kids saw how the area used to be. Was educational for the whole family.Full review by Alison E L

The museum is a short walk from the wharf but it is all uphill and a bit steep. There are usually shuttle buses operating between the wharf and town when the cruise ships are in port so …

The museum is a short walk from the wharf but it is all uphill and a bit steep. There are usually shuttle buses operating between the wharf and town when the cruise ships are in port so you may find it easier to get on that, get off in town and make your way back to the wharf via the museum - all downhill. Looking forward to meeting all our visitors from the cruise ships this season.
