Enjoy it and don't worry about paying 10,000 shillings to enter the park. At todays exchange rates that is $3.16 in US dollars. Is that really worth complaining about? Free parks like we know in the USA are pretty much non-existent in Uganda. This isn't home, folks. It's Uganda. It's a lovely place with wonderful people, but leave your first world mindset at home or you're in for needless frustration.
