Most of the Museums in Mexico City are closed on Monday; I believe Papalote is closed as well. Best time to go is on weekdays before noon when is less crowded or almost empty. The Museum is inside Chapultepec Park 2nd Section where there are other activities nearby for kids, after you finish at Papalote. Enjoy.....
